Long-term sales promotion to increase market shares for the biggest network operator in Germany in the MediaMarkt-Saturn Group. The main focus is on proactive sales of the o2 post-/prepaid mobile communications products, innovative mobile data services and high-speed internet products for both mobile communications and landline networks. Alongside all sales activities, we guarantee the implementation of a high-quality brand image for o2 at the POS and thus ensure a convincing customer and brand experience.
Since June 2012, we have taken charge of managing all POS activities with a team of office-based and field service staff - both in person on site and over the telephone. Support for stores with regard to contractual agreements and ensuring good sales results is all in a day's work here. On top of this, our team takes care of all recruitment activities, including face-to-face castings for new resources as well as qualification, training and coaching of the new and existing promoters in the areas of customer approach, sales pitch, systems, soft skills and individual responsibility. New learning content from administrative and operational areas is also conveyed quickly and lastingly via our own training platform, the V-Academy, and then reviewed in final tests. We ensure an optimum and, most importantly, uniform knowledge transfer for all project participants, thus increasing the quality of advice and sales. This way we can create a positive experience for the customers of our clients at the POS and thus a connection to the o2 brand, along with a high level of customer loyalty.
