Implementation of a pilot project with 15 German and five other JLR retailers in BeNeLux in the areas of visual merchandising, stock management, cross-selling for branded goods (merchandising collections) and accessories. Furthermore, the improvement of brand perception among car dealers and thus also identification of sales potentials and the achievement of sales goals were also key areas of focus.



In an initial step, we carried out a comprehensive stocktake of the brand image, product positioning and sales processes for branded goods and accessories in situ. The information gathered formed the basis for the strategic further development for overall brand perception in the dealerships. In order to improve cross-selling and customer communication, continuous support for retailers was agreed for a period of six months. Here the implementation and further development of the visual merchandising guidelines for the placement of products are a primary focus. In order to analyze the cooperation in the area of branded goods and accessories, 20 retailers were defined with different requirements. The retailers are located throughout Germany, and in Belgium and the Netherlands. They are visited regularly by the VERTIKOM V-Force team so that individual measures can be implemented in situ.
