More than 40 permanent staff, divided into five teams, regularly support defined retailers from various different channels in order to help them implement Samsung's brand strategy. The aim is to achieve an optimum and uniform POS image across all product areas, as well as the continual expansion of the network and the ongoing fostering of customer relationships.
Here, the merchandisers provide support with development of the sales floor and undertake training sessions directly at the POS (Media Markt, Buying Group, independent retailers in CE and mobile communications). The comprehensive management of the individual teams includes the planning of market visits, routes and deployments.
