Development and regular maintenance of Sony displays for headphones and accessories with selected food retailers, with the aim of continually optimizing the POS and creating new incentives to buy.



With this rack jobber offensive, which is planned for the long term, we carry forward the strategy of actively and sustainably supporting retailers with intensive improvement of goods presentation. The management of the sales team, the coordination and implementation of displays and the monitoring and discussion of planograms are among our standard services. In addition, route planning and appointment management, as well as the evaluation of retailer feedback, contributed to the success of the project.
