The task was to carry out a nationwide training and merchandising tour in 133 OBI stores. The aim of the sales training is to perfect the product knowledge of the sales staff and retail partners in order to boost enthusiasm for the brand at the same time.
Implementation took place through our team of permanent staff of seven training and POS experts. We took care of managing employees, deployment planning, route planning, material and logistics management, and scheduling with retailers. The creation of training documents with training videos, which all participants are also able to view via our e-learning platform, was very well received. Thanks to positive employee development and improvements in handling complaints, the client's entire in-store image could be significantly improved.
