For the market launch of a new product, which was developed as part of a collaboration between Hülsta and Teufel, we carried out training sessions in multiple furniture stores, directly at the POS. The aim was to convey detailed product knowledge to the sales staff in order to achieve an increase in the sell-out that way.
A total of ten of our highly qualified trainers supervised the product launch and carried out training for sales staff in more than 140 selected furniture stores. We deployed ten qualified trainers in 141 selected furniture stores for the product launch of the new sound system. Thanks to the creation of an interactive training concept, the product knowledge could be conveyed easily and lastingly. The training helped the sales staff to improve the quality of the advice and service for the system, which requires quite a lot of explanation. We supplied everything from one source, from the preparation and execution of the kick-off event at Hülsta in Stadtlohn and the organization of the train-the-trainer course to appointment coordination with the furniture stores.
