Appointment of an experienced and highly qualified sales team to consolidate the Lenovo consumer business and further expand the German retail channels.

 

IMPLEMENTATION

Through targeted observation and analysis of the computer hardware market, a sales approach was developed, which functioned successfully in spite of increasing product complexity, more demanding consumers and trade partners, and huge competitive pressure. Trading relationships are being strengthened and further developed by the Key Account Manager and his team, the GfK market shares in retail are being boosted and the level of familiarity of the brand increased. In weekly teleconferences with the Key Account Manager, our client receives information about sales, new customers and successful field marketing measures.
