Strategic channel and customer development and thus an increase in the sell-out results is our task for our client Logitech. At the same time, sales support has been expanded for the companies Ultimate Ears, Jaybird and Saitek, which are part of it.

 

IMPLEMENTATION

There are currently 15 Regional Account Managers working on behalf of our client Logitech in the specialist retail chains Media/Saturn, Expert, Euronics and the EP Group. This professional sales team is guided by a Field Sales Manager and takes care of sell-in / sell-out of the Logitech product range and the right goods presentation on the sales floor. Our Logitech brand ambassadors work directly at the POS and influence the CRM for the long term by building up and consolidating customer loyalties and highlighting the USPs of the products. In addition, they gather strategically important data about product placements and the POS presence and implement the required objectives optimally.
